In November I bought an Equinox. Jeremy took the time to listen to what I was looking for, answered all of my questions without pressure, and provided clear, honest information throughout the process. What really stood out was his patience and transparency—qualities that are hard to find in car sales. Before I came here I went to 2 big dealerships and 1. Tried to pull a fast one on me making it seem like I was getting a good deal for something over my budget and was very pushy and the second place basically said Goodluck because I don’t have the best credit score. As a single mom car shopping alone I was skeptical but Jeremy made me very at ease and even made sure my kid had Lego’s to play with and whatever show he wanted to watch while I was filling out paperwork. I will only come here to Back Roads Auto for any vehicle purchases. Thank you!!

I have had an amazing experience. The lot is impeccably clean and everyone is very friendly. My credit is not the best and I tried multiple dealerships before this one with no success. Spencer was my car salesman and he was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable on cars and immediately gave me options that I loved in my budget.
