I recently bought a 2015 Tacoma, after a few days, the transmission fluid coils started to leak. However My warranty wouldn’t cover the damage, BackRoads Auto Covered the $450 repair cost and I had my vehicle fixed and returned within 24 hours. I would just like to praise the owner (Mr.Brian) and the staff for running such a wonderful and reliable lot and of course going above and beyond to take care of my situation. A very Special thanks to Taylor (sales associate) as well for helping me find my dream vehicle and making sure everything was perfect before I signed. Taylor was very hands on with my transmission leak as well, making the entire process as stress free and easy as possible. Any future vehicles I plan on buying will be through BackRoads auto, as well as referring this lot to everyone I know who’s looking for a vehicle.
